Red Snapper is back!!!

Zunächst mal habe ich endlich ein Festival gefunden habe wo es sich endlich wieder lohnt hinzugehen.

BLOC: “BLOC is an indoor festival. It descends on three main arenas in the centre of a self contained holiday complex. Around the main arenas are holiday apartments housing the BLOC family. The holiday complex is a 21st century Eldorado, including such glitzy treats as an indoor swimming pool, 24 hr pub price bars, arcades, commando zip line, go karts, snooker tables on-site restaurants and shops for the essentials. We even run our own TV channel, BLOCTV broadcasting live footage of the main areas, films and programmes to every apartment on site.”

Die verdienen anständig Geld aber scheiß auf den Pool…das Line - Up ist das wichtige daran!

BLOC 2oo8 mit u.a.: Sleeparchive, Red Snapper!, Amon Tobin, Monolake, Karl Bartos, Christian Vogel, The Bug, Luke Vibert, Scorn, Milanese, The Black Dog und Portable.

Vor allem bei Red Snapper wäre ich gern gewesen. Die haben früher wirklich sehr nette Houseplatten rausgebracht und sind jetzt noch viel, viel besser. Leider war das ganze schon im März aber das nächste Jahr wäre eine Überlegung wert. Auf Myspace heisst es das sie schon seit Sommer 07 wieder vereint sind was mir komplett entgangen ist. Neue Tracks gibt es dort auch zu hören und das Album kommt, hoffe ich auch bald. Bis dahin kann man sich noch bei BlocTV zwei wirklich geile Livestücke geben.
